HOW TO PRINT ON YOUR A4 COTTON SHEETS

STEP 1 – PREPARE YOUR BACKING

Remove the protective cover from the sticky side of your reusable A4 printing backing.

Place the backing on a clean, flat surface with the sticky side facing upwards.

STEP 2 – START WITH THE LONG EDGE

Carefully align one long edge of your cotton sheet with the long edge of the backing.

ALWAYS START WITH ONE LONG EDGE FIRST!

This makes it easier to position your fabric correctly.

STEP 3 – SMOOTH & PRESS FIRMLY

Gently lower the remaining cotton onto the sticky surface.

Smooth the fabric across the entire sheet, pressing firmly as you go.

Pay particular attention to the edges and corners.

STEP 4 – CHECK BEFORE PRINTING

Make sure your cotton is completely flat and securely attached.

NO AIR BUBBLES • NO WRINKLES • NO LIFTING EDGES!

Loose fabric or raised areas can catch inside your printer or cause ink smudging.

STEP 5 – PRINT YOUR DESIGN

Place the prepared sheet into your compatible home inkjet printer, making sure the fabric faces the correct printing direction.

Print your favourite photograph, illustration, pattern or artwork.

STEP 6 – REMOVE YOUR FABRIC

Allow your printed design to dry thoroughly.

Carefully peel your printed cotton away from the reusable backing.

Your personalised fabric print is ready for your creative project!

Replace the protective cover over the sticky backing to keep it clean for your next print.

ABOUT YOUR REUSABLE STICKY PRINTING BACKING

Your kit includes ONE reusable A4 sticky printing backing, specially prepared to hold cotton securely while printing.

The backing has been successfully tested for MORE THAN 10 USES with proper handling and care.

WHAT IF MY BACKING IS TOO STICKY?

If the backing initially feels too sticky:

1. Place a clean, dry piece of scrap cotton onto the sticky surface.
2. Gently peel it away.
3. Repeat once or twice if necessary.

This reduces the initial grip slightly while leaving enough adhesion to hold your cotton securely during printing.

IMPORTANT: The backing must still hold your fabric firmly, particularly around the edges and corners.

REUSABLE BACKING CARE INSTRUCTIONS

• REPLACE THE PROTECTIVE COVER after every use.
• STORE FLAT in a clean, dry place away from direct sunlight and heat.
• KEEP FREE FROM DUST AND LINT to maintain the sticky surface.
• WATER ONLY IF NECESSARY – A very quick, gentle rinse with clean water may be used.
• AIR-DRY COMPLETELY before reusing.
• DO NOT SCRUB, SOAK OR USE SOAP OR DETERGENT!

The adhesive coating can be removed by excessive washing, scrubbing or soaking.

THE PRINTING BACKING IS REUSABLE – THE COTTON SHEETS ARE YOUR PRINTING MATERIAL.

DO I NEED A SPECIAL PRINTER?

NO SPECIAL FABRIC PRINTER REQUIRED!

You can print on fabric with your inkjet printer using a compatible home inkjet printer that can accommodate the combined thickness of the cotton and reusable backing.

Always check your printer manufacturer's specifications before feeding fabric-backed sheets through your printer.

NOT SUITABLE FOR LASER OR DYE-SUBLIMATION PRINTERS.
